    Not necessarily. We support both entry-level and experienced candidates. If you’re transitioning into tech or re-entering the job market, we’ll guide you through the most effective path based on your background and goals.

  • How long does it take to get placed?

    While timelines can vary based on your profile, market demand, and responsiveness, most of our candidates secure placements within a month or two of active engagement.

  • What’s expected from me during the process?

    Your active participation, commitment, and communication are key. You’ll need to: Provide timely, accurate, and updated information for your profile Be available for resume reviews, mock interviews, and submission approvals Respond promptly to interview requests or job opportunities Trust in the process—we’ll take it from there

  • Do you guarantee placement?

    We don’t offer "job guarantees" in the legal sense, nor do we use the word lightly. However, our process is results-driven and tailored. If you're responsive, coachable, and follow our roadmap, your chances of landing a role within 45-60 days are significantly higher. Candidates who stay engaged typically get placed within our estimated timeframe.

  • How much does it cost to work with Axellia?

    Our pricing is transparent and competitive, and depends on the services you choose. We offer flexible plans depending on whether you need full support (resume + marketing + placement) or only specific services. For a detailed quote, contact us directly.

  • What kinds of jobs do you help candidates land?

  • Will I get interview support?

    Yes. We offer both technical support and interview prep to help you present your profile confidently. You’ll receive coaching based on your skill level and target roles.

  • Do you provide post-placement support?

    Absolutely. Our relationship doesn’t end once you get the offer. We offer post-placement assistance for onboarding, navigating early-stage challenges, and ensuring a smooth transition into your new role. You're never on your own once you're placed.

  • I’m not based in the U.S. Can I still work with you?

    Currently, our focus is on candidates who are located in the U.S. or are legally authorized to work in the U.S. (CPT, OPT, H1B, GC, Citizens). If you’re unsure about your eligibility, feel free to contact us for a quick consultation.

  • Can I submit my resume before speaking to a consultant?

    Yes—in fact, we encourage it. Submitting your resume early helps us evaluate your profile and tailor our suggestions. You can do this on the Contact Us page or during your first consultation.

  • Can I work with you if I’ve been rejected elsewhere?

    Absolutely. In fact, many of our candidates come to us after facing delays or poor handling elsewhere. We do things differently—and our results show it.
